Service is done, you collected cash for remaining balance. Only deposit was charged, hold released.

Declined / Cancelled

You declined or booking was cancelled. Hold released, nothing charged.

Common Questions

What if the customer's card is declined when I accept?

You'll be notified immediately. The booking will remain pending until the customer updates their payment method.

How long does a hold last?

Holds typically last 7 days. If you don't accept within this window, the hold may be released by the customer's bank.

Can a customer cancel after I accept?

This depends on your cancellation policy settings. The deposit may be non-refundable based on your rules.
