Manual Entry
Add customers yourself for phone bookings or walk-ins.
Adding a Customer Manually
Add New Customer
- Go to Customers tab
- Tap + Add Customer
- Enter customer details
- Add their vehicle (optional)
- Tap Save

Automatic Customer Creation
No duplicates. When a customer books online, Detaild checks if they already exist (by phone number). If they do, the booking is linked to their existing profile instead of creating a duplicate.
