The Remaining Balance

When a customer books with a deposit, the remaining balance is due when you complete the service. For example, a $300 Full Detail with a 25% deposit means $225 is due at service.

How to Collect

You have two options for collecting the remaining balance:

  • Send Payment Request. Text a payment link to the customer. They pay through Stripe.
  • Mark Paid Externally. Record cash, Venmo, Zelle, or other payments taken outside the app.

From the Appointment

Collect Balance
  1. Open the appointment in Calendar
  2. View the Balance Due amount
  3. Tap Request Payment to send a link, or
  4. Tap Mark Paid if paid externally

Best practice: Send the payment request while you're still with the customer. They can pay instantly on their phone, and you'll see the confirmation in real-time.
