Deposits secure bookings and reduce no-shows. Here's how to set them up.
How Deposits Work
When customers book online, they pay a percentage upfront. This amount is charged immediately when you accept the booking.

Setting Up Deposits
Configure Deposit
- Go to Booking Page tab
- Tap Payment Settings
- Toggle Require Deposit ON
- Set your deposit percentage
- Tap Save
Why Use Deposits
Reduces no-shows. Customers with skin in the game are more likely to show up.
Confirms intent. A paid deposit separates serious customers from tire-kickers.
Protects your time. If someone cancels last minute, you keep the deposit.
Improves cash flow. Get partial payment before you even start the job.
